About

MC8P is an open-source, Teensy 4.0-based standalone MIDI controller with eight potentiometers, designed as a hands-on companion for the OP-XY. It runs without a computer, has a small menu for assigning CCs and changing display settings, and can be powered over USB or from a 5 V DC adapter, which saves USB ports in a multi-device rig. Firmware, PCB and enclosure files are on GitHub, and bare PCBs are sold on Tindie for self-builders.
